The mechanic Jeff had problems hearing the squeak in the steering and was very patient as we tried to recreate the problem. In the end, he also heard the issue and worked diligently to resolve it. I made an appointment and was taken immediately upon my arrival. Good service all the way around.
Luis and the whole service department were extremely friendly. they got me in and out fast. It just made me feel that no matter what was wrong with my vehicle that it was going to take care of and have it done correctly.

Service was excellent as always. I was disappointed that after spending $32,000.00 on a new vehicle that the service department wouldn't do one little thing for me without a charge. It would have taken them 5 minutes. I was there for a recall and my car was already in the bay. Oh well. That's big business for you. However I cannot say anything bad about the service.
