Dropped my truck off at 8am. Nobody called all day. I showed up at 5pm and the truck was never even looked at. Wasted my time and was told “service dept is open until 7pm and they were planning on still doing the work”. I should hv been contacted during the day as I hv commitments and most people work 8-5pm. Still need the work done but I’m very busy and giving up my truck for the day is very hard - never mind giving it up and having nothing done to it.

Came in with a brand new extended warranty and was charged 223 for diagnosis. 30 minutes of which was spent figuring out the power running board needed replacement even though I already knew it needed to be replaced. The motor has been grinding and it no longer goes up. They claimed they called the warranty company and the warranty company couldn’t find my warranty and needed some special id number. I called the warranty company and they were able to find me with a simple vin check and they saw it as active. I was so mad I just paid the 223 and left and I will never return. Ive worked in the car business for 6 years and I can rebuild the 5.3L in my suburban so I am no rookie and this is not my first rodeo. I know Dave Whitman and dealt with him for years. I wish your service was as good as he is.

I had an appointment at 10:30 am for an oil change and I did not get checked out until approximately 11:40 am. A very long time with an appointment. They apologized when checking me out, and I get things happen but this was not the first time. There was no coffee in "the coffee area" either....

This is now the second time i have had poor service from your dealership. It was so much better before McGovern took it over. Brought my Acadia in for 3 issues that should have been covered under warranty. One was fixed, one was not even seriously looked at, and the other instead of replacing the part was just glued back together which of course broke again within a week. So i was charged 65 bucks for nothing.
I CALLED IN THE MORNING FOR AN APPOINTMENT TO RE PROGRAM SENSORS, THEY FIT ME RIGHT IN, TOOK CARE OF THE SENSOR RE PROGRAMMING AND COMPLETED A SAFETY RECALL AND HAD IT ALL BACK TO ME WITHIN 2 HRS. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
