Great as usual!!! Needed minor service & they got me right in. I had a ride to drop off the car but not to pick it up but it was no problem, they sent someone. I've met him before, super nice and totally accommodating.
Once again, the customer service and technical staff at McGovern Buick GMC were excellent. I contacted McGovern when the alert light came and was scheduled for service the next morning. Not only was the initial repair issue resolved but through diagnostics and careful attention a couple other service issues were noted and repaired. Luis and Steve who head up the repair/service team are outstanding!
I called for an appointment in the morning and I was able to get an appointment for mid-afternoon the same day. The service to my vehicle was thorough and completed within the time indicated. The service staff was attentive, courteous and helpful. I was very pleased with my service experience.
I called and got an instant appointment, much to my surprise and as usual am very pleased with your dealership I am writing a separate letter to the dealership , as I feel that strongly about the satisfaction I feel about McGovern
While determination as to whether the software re load fixed my problem is several weeks away, it is good to know that the service folks who worked on the problem truly understand the problem and are willing to stay with a solution for the long term.
Your folks have been wonderful in Westborough! However, my radio issue is still not resolved. I bought my car from your Mansfield store in Aug with only 6700 miles on it. The 2nd day I owned it the radio started having an issue. So I'm a bit skeptical that your Mansfield store supposedly wasn't aware of the issue with the radio and HMI. That said, I have been working with you all in Westborough and everyone has been great. I'll be back out next week to have the radio looked at again as it's still not working properly even though you just installed a new radio and HMI. Thank you.
