I had a nail in my tire and was a nervous wreck. I also noticed I was going to need an oil change very soon. I called and asked if both could be done & they got me right in, same day, I was so relieved! They were very nice & helpful and even bought me a coffee!!!!!
My 2010 Lucerne was in twice for an oil leak and yet i still was finding drops underneath. Well 3rd time's a charm, Steve and his techs discovered the oil pan was perforated and replaced it free of charge since I had already spent a fair amount in pursuit of a fix. Thank you!

Luis continues to provide outstanding service when I have any service done on my 2011 GMC truck that I purchased there back in Jan of 2012. The service technician (sorry didnt get his name) was also very thorough during my oil change and tire rotation and discovered a repair was badly needed on my tie rods. I went ahead and had the repair done. McGovern has always treated me fairly and I will not service my truck anywhere else. Great Job!!!
Customer service is exceptional which is one of the reasons I bought another car from this dealership a few months ago. Luis always find the time to fit me in for service. The technicians perform the routine maintenance but alert me of potential upcoming service issues and address them to my complete satisfaction. For these reasons my overall rating is 10 out of 10!
